Hey Babes, Happy Tuesday! It had been a crazy couple of weeks, but something I always love doing is throwing a great brunch on a mid-Sunday-morning. Trader Joes helps make a quick and simple menu on the fly.
On the Menu
french toast sticks – Try putting syrup in shot glasses for a grab and go treat.
mini pancakes – make a short stack using toothpicks and add a fruit topping.
frozen Belgium waffles – throw the contents of the entire box directly on the over rack for the same crunchy toaster effect you normally get.
scrambled eggs – add milk, salt, cheese and 12 large eggs to a bowl. coat a mini muffin pan to make individual servings of scrambled eggs.
donut tower – grab lots of colors and varieties to make a donut tower your focal point.
yogurt parfait – add vanilla yogurt, fruit, and granola to a dessert glass for a prettier yogurt treat.
I added texture and color to the table by using a plain white table cloth and boxwood across the top. Next I used long serving trays to fill the table. I added height by flipping flower pots upside down and setting pink plates on top. Of course, I also had fresh flowers setting out, but thats a given in my house.
